Lucid Blue – an exclusive IR style that transforms leaf green into a diverse blue palette, while all other colors remain more or less natural. It is made possible with the “Rich False Color IR” modification. The internal hot mirror (IR/UV blocker) is replaced by a glass filter, which transmits both visible light and specific areas of the infrared spectrum. New looks are produced that cannot be achieved with conventional modifications. The effects are created directly in the camera, without any post-processing.

Lucid Blue – ein exklusiver IR-Stil, der Blattgrün in eine fantastische Blaupalette verwandelt, während alle anderen Farben mehr oder weniger natürlich bleiben. Ermöglicht wird er durch die “Rich False Color IR”-Umrüstung. Dabei wird der interne Hot Mirror (IR/UV-Blocker) durch einen Glasfilter ersetzt, der sichtbares Licht und bestimmte Bereiche des Infrarotspektrums durchlässt. Das Resultat sind neuartige Farbstile, die mit herkömmlichen Modifikationen nicht erreicht werden können. Das Beste: Die Effekte entstehen direkt in der Kamera, ganz ohne Nachbearbeitung.

Lee foil filters are used to create the specific color styles. These filters determine which areas of the light spectrum are allowed through and which are blocked. Simply hold it in front of the lens. Or attach it in front of or behind the lens with double-sided adhesive tape or in some other way. They are easy to cut to size.

Um die spezifischen Farbstile zu erzeugen, setzt man zusätzliche Folienfilter von Lee ein. Diese Filter bestimmen, welche Bereiche des Lichtspektrums durchgelassen und welche blockiert werden. Halte den Filter einfach vor das Objektiv. Oder befestige ihn vor oder hinter dem Objektiv mit doppelseitigem Klebeband oder auf andere Weise. Sie lassen sich gut zuschneiden.

And what else can you do with it? The possibilities are wide-ranging – from red vegetation in the style of IR Chrome to pink tones and unique new looks like Moonlight Green. With the right filters, you can also create classic infrared images featuring white trees.

Und was lässt sich sonst damit anstellen? Die Möglichkeiten sind breit gefächert – von roter Vegetation im Stil von IR Chrome über pinke Farbtöne bis hin zu neuen, eigens entwickelten Looks wie Moonlight Green. Mit den passenden Filtern entstehen natürlich auch klassische Infrarotbilder mit weissen Bäumen.
